We love and care for our display products as if they were in our own home. Understandably there may be some signs of wear but if there is anything particularly noticeable we will always let you know. Our ex display stock prices are much less than the original retail price and this reflects that the product has been on display.

We carry a limited range of our products at our warehouse. For those products, we usually dispatch within 2-3 days from when we receive your order. If we have insufficient stock to complete your order, the products will be placed on back order from our suppliers’ warehouse. This will generally take about 3-4 weeks for delivery. For our Made to Order product, the typical leadtime will be approx. 8 to 16 weeks.
